For over 25 years the Historical Society of Long Beach has hosted an annual Cemetery Tour at Halloween. For 7 years, Scott served as an honorary corpse, standing by a gravesite in costume and in character, offering a 15 minute account of that person's life and their influence in the city's history. The re-enactment would reoccur 18 times during that singular day, usually the Saturday prior to Halloween. Well over a thousand people attended each year.
